TDI Products ANNOUNCES BUILDING PURCHASE

Atlantic Beach, FL (February 14, 2006) —TDI Products announced today that it has completed the purchase of a 9,500 square feet warehouse facility off Mayport Road in Atlantic Beach. The organization currently occupies 7,000 square feet to manufacture the company’s Shoreline Reels^® line of products.

TDI Products is a product development company that designs, patents, assembles and markets electro-mechanical products related to the RV industry.
“We’ve come a long way in the growth of our business, through sales of our original product line and the addition of new products,” said Tom Caldwell, President of TDI Products. “The purchase of our building gives us more flexibility to continue to offer the most complete line of reels for connecting vehicles to utility services.”

Shoreline Reels^® save RV owners space, time and back-breaking energy by retracting and storing unwieldy 50, 30 or 15 amp cords or hoses in a single unit. The products are up to 50 percent smaller than any other cord or hose management system on the market and are currently installed as standard equipment on more than 85 percent of Class-C RVs.
