  1. Customer calls TDI Products, Inc. to report anomaly or unit Failure
  2. Customer provides name, address, phone and fax or e-mail.
  3. TDI Products Inc. issues return authorization number
  4. TDI Products Inc. forwards a Return Authorization Data Sheet (RADS) via mail, fax or e-mail
  5. Upon receipt of RADS, TDI Product Inc. will verify proper information is provided
  6. TDI Products Inc. verifies customer account number or customer credit card number
  7. Upon verification of 5 & 6, TDI Products Inc.  will ship replacement unit and a return shipper. The customer account or credit card will then be charged for the unit plus S&H and core charge.
  8. Customer receives unit and ships core unit back for core credit or warranty investigation in shipping container with shipper provided.
  9. Upon receipt of core TDI Products Inc. verifies it has not been tampered with and issues core credit.
  10. If warranty is applicable and approved the customer account or credit card will be credited for the unit and shipping charges.
