All of our products carry a two year warranty.

TDI Products Inc. warrants all products to be manufactured by TDI Products Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.  TDI Products Inc. obligation under this warranty is limited to reimbursing, through the distributor, the replacement cost up to the suggested list price of any product or any part of said product which, within the warranty period and after installation by the first end user, shall be returned to TDI Products Inc. for examination and found to TDI Products Inc. satisfaction to have been defective.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. TDI Products Inc. does not authorize any person to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products.  This warranty shall not apply to any product or part that exhibits abnormal wear or any product or part which has been subject to misuse, neglect, or accident; nor does it apply to any product repaired or modified outside of TDI Products Inc. factory; nor does it apply to any product subjected to corrosives or other materials applied to the exterior or introduced to the interior of the product or part; nor does it apply to any product that malfunctions as a consequence of the condition of the vehicle or system where it was installed; nor does it apply to any products not maintained in accordance with the latest revision level of the TDI Products Inc. service literature, so as, in our judgment, to effect it stability and reliability.

TDI Products Inc. shall not be liable for consequential or other types of damages directly or indirectly resulting from the use of TDI Products Inc. other then the liability stated above and in accordance with the TDI Products Inc. General Terms and Conditions of Sale.  Buyer assumes all risks and liability for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property resulting form the use of TDI Products Inc. components.
